Arvil Cook was born and raised in Brasstown, NC in a large family of 21 members.  He began developing and purchasing property approximately eleven years ago full time.  He has been married to Carol Ann for 37 years.  They have four children and five grandchildren.  Arvil enjoys spending time with his grandchildren looking for wild animals.

Jamie Cook was born and raised in Brasstown, NC.  He began building chalets approximately eleven years ago, and began purchasing and developing property eleven years ago.  He is married to Tami Cook and they have one daughter, Emily.  He enjoys spending any free time with his family and going to races.
